The story of Dr. Alif-Din Khan is very thrilling and traumatic. He left his village, Digal Kala Sahib, in a sad state of affairs in partition of India in 1947. Most of his family were defeated when the mob attacked. Sardar Naib Singh was the chief of the village who helped the bereaved families. He provided them shelter and later provided food in their places. And then Dr. Alif-Din Khan and his family started migrating to Pakistan and the troubles they encountered during the migration.
